  • Do you already have a registered domain name for your business?
  • Is this domain already hosted by an ISP? Who?
  • If not, we can attend to this for you. What Domain Name would you like to use?

    WEBSITE

  • Do you already have a website? If so, please provide URL
  • Will you be including CyberTrader facilities within this website?
  • If so, please advise where you would like to link to your eShop (URL)

  • If you don't have a website, can you point to one or two URLs of websites that model the type of site you'd like to have established.

    CONTACT REGISTRATION

  • Are all site visitors allowed to order from your product catalogue or only authorised "members"?

  • If restricted to Members only, do you want new registrants to be automatically authorised or only authorised after being vetted by the office?

  • Do you already have a database of members that you'd like to have set up for product ordering? If so, how many?

  • Do you want new registrants to be automatically included in a particular mailing list?

  • Do you want new registrant Contact details to be:
    - available on your website for public viewing
    - only viewable by authorised members or

  • How often is product catalogue to be updated?

  • Do you wish to have browsers search for a product? Using what criteria?

  • Are all products available for ordering?

  • Are products available conditional upon available stock?

  • Do you want to offer a back order facility?

  • Are options to be offered with your products (colour, size)?
