To close (terminate, cancel, unsubscribe, deregister, disconnect) your service.

When you select to close your service, you will have up to the end of your current month to continue using the service (i.e. if you connected on the 24th of the month, then the end of your month would be on the 23rd).
On the day the service actually closes the following occurs;
post-box and any email remaining in the post-box is deleted.
email addresses attached to the post-box are deleted. Any email sent to the address is returned to sender as 'unknown user'.
homepage and any files within your homepage directory are deleted.
final account determined and sent to your forwarding email or by post.
arrangements made to refund credit account balance if over $10
referrals forfeited
reconnection incurs the current set up fee of the time of reconnection.
You can close your service using Member Account Services on our website.
