Use Help on the LHS of any page of this site to send us an email, or select a topic below corresponding to the nature of your query, problem report or feedback.
Office hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and 8:00 am - 1:00 pm weekends and public holidays. Support queries are handled via email and account enquires are via email or fax. The office is attended 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Access Net Office is located at 95 Thomson St, South Melbourne, 3205.

Support is available through:
  • information published on our website. Use Search - what you want is probably already on hand.
  • information in the Configuration Guide supplied with your connection - keep it handy
  • email, reliable same day service. Make sure your email address is correctly specified in your browser so we can get back to you.
  • Phone call support is reserved for those having problems making initial connection to the service; thereafter support is through email. Calls during the day are responded immediately except during a lunch break. Should the phone not be personally attended, leave a brief message giving your phone number and we'll get back to you.
