Single call support satisfaction    
Ensuring subscribers obtain single call satisfaction whenever they call or email for help.
Full time Customer Services staff are on call throughout the business day 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Mondays through Fridays and 8:00am to 1:00 pm on weekends and public holidays.

After hours calls are fielded by our operator attended answering service. All calls received are related to the appropriate contact, logged and monitored through to satisfaction.

Company policy ensures that all queries are handled within the day. All email received is provided with same day turnaround - often many times within the same day.

Access Net approaches customer support professionally - the difference is that it takes ownership for its customers' problems in order to ensure a satisfactory resolve in every case.
