What to do when going away. Access Net allows subscribers to change their type of connection down to the lowest cost dialin service (Flexiplan) for when they wish to "suspend" or "hibernate" their Access Net dialin service.

Subscribers can do this, at no cost by using Member Account Services.
The Flexiplan Service costs $11 per month and any usage is charged at 55 cents per hour connection and 33 cents per MB downloaded. Email continues to be received on behalf of the subscriber and their personal homepage is retained. No change is made to the username/password. The service remains operable at all times.
Changes made to service type are notified for effectivity at the end of the subscriber's current billing period. The change requested can be modified at any time. Each notification received is confirmed by email to the subscriber's email address noting the date at which the change will take effect.
Subscribers can use this facility to change their type of connection from billing month to month as best suits their intended net usage.
