Member Account Services    
Subscribers can use web facilities to review their Internet Account. They can change their account and service details, check their current postbox, homepage, website disk space currently in use, review their usage logs, check on their Account Balance and usage, change their email address or their password.

The one member (Account holder) may register many services for one or several people. Member services are billed monthly by email. After initial setup, new services added to a Member Account are aligned to the same statement date when next billed. Emailed Tax Invoice/Statements are sent to the Account Holder email address and include Member login details.

For confidentiality, your Member password can be changed at any time and is independent of your internet dialup, email postbox, web directory or Access21 service login details. Login details for access to Account Services are included in monthly Invoice/Statement emails.
