Access21 site and product support is superlative. Customer Support requests are received by Email, by interactive Chat and, for ASPs, submitted directly online. Responses to requests are provided on a same day basis. Support services are FREE.

Access21 Product Management is constantly reviewing requirements and prioritorising their development.
Software updates and upgrades are performed transparent to user operations. Server outages required for upgrade are advised by an online warning 5 minutes prior. Normally, upgrades take less than 15 mins.
Online Access21 User Guides are updated in line with Software Upgrades.
Interactive Chat support is available free of charge for Access21 Sitemasters. A great way for the lay person to quickly get up to speed in applying Access21 facilities.
Access21 Sitemasters are kept informed by email and via online Access21 News when new or changed facilities are introduced.
Existing client site content is always automatically maintained to ensure upwards compatibility.
