Access21 site and product support is superlative. Customer Support requests are received by Email, by interactive Chat and, for ASPs, submitted directly online. Responses to requests are provided on a same day basis. Support services are FREE.
  • Access21 Product Management is constantly reviewing requirements and prioritorising their development.

  • Software updates and upgrades are performed transparent to user operations. Server outages required for upgrade are advised by an online warning 5 minutes prior. Normally, upgrades take less than 15 mins.

  • Online Access21 User Guides are updated in line with Software Upgrades.

  • Interactive Chat support is available free of charge for Access21 Sitemasters. A great way for the lay person to quickly get up to speed in applying Access21 facilities.

  • Access21 Sitemasters are kept informed by email and via online Access21 News when new or changed facilities are introduced.

  • Existing client site content is always automatically maintained to ensure upwards compatibility.
