Agreement
Financial Institutions are becoming increasingly concerned about maintaining the integrity of online banking facilities. Access Net is providing Cybermoney services as an extension to the banking network and as such we are obliged to close the loop with our clients. Accordingly, terms below must be formally acknowledged by those clients wishing to use the Cybermoney service.
AGREEMENT for use of the web-based Cybermoney Service using Access Net's Merchant account held with the Commonwealth bank.

Provider: Access Net Internet Services Pty Ltd
Customer: Cybermoney User

Accounting for Transactions

An Access Net account is established for each Cybermoney user.

Successful transactions processed via CyberMoney are credited to Access Net's CBA bank account.

Each successful transaction is credited by Access Net to the Cybermoney user's account.

A receipt transaction is posted to the credit of the Cybermoney user's customer's account within Access21. This transaction appears under the Transactions Tab within the Customer's Contact details.

The customer's credit card account statement identifies the transactions as "Access Net". In order to avoid unnecessary queries, the Cybermoney User prewarn customers of this.

All credit card details accepted over the web are protected with encryption using a Secure Server certificate. Full credit card details are not kept online nor are they transmitted via email.

Access Net reconciles Cybermoney transactions to its Bank Statement daily.

Access Net fees for the Cybermoney service are charged to the Cybermoney User account once weekly.

The net of Reconciled transactions credited to the Cybermoney User Account less Cybermoney Service invoices are available for settlement by direct deposit into the Cybermoney User's Bank account.

Full visibility to the transactions processed is provided to the Cybermoney User on login:
1. Using Member Account Services on the Access Net website and
2. Using Access21 transaction reporting

The following emails are provided by the CyberMoney service:
1. An email is sent by Access21 for each successful transaction identifying the customer, the date and time and the transaction amount.
2. An email is sent by Access Net invoicing charges for the Cybermoney service.

Disputed transactions
Access Net procedure for dealing with Disputed Transactions is as follows:

1. Access Net receives letter from Financial Institution requesting details of a disputed transaction

2. Letter is returned to the Financial Institution providing information of the transaction, i.e. Site that the transaction was purchased through, Explanation of Goods or Services provided

4. Cardholder then makes the decision to either honour the payment or continue to dispute it

5. Should the Cardholder continue to dispute the transaction, the transaction value is debited from the Access Net account and credited back into the cardholder's credit card account.

6. Access Net is then notified by a letter informing that the transaction has been disputed and the amount of the transaction has been credited back to the Cardholder

7. The transaction is found and reversed (debited) to the Cybermoney User's Account. The Cybermoney user is responsible for the recovery of the value of the disputed transaction.

8. An email is sent to the Cybermoney User explaining that the transaction has been disputed and credited back to the Cardholder. This email contains details of the transaction so the Cybermoney User can follow up the original purchaser for remittance of the disputed transaction.

9. The Cybermoney User is responsible for reversing the original Receipt transaction within the Customer's Access21 Account.
